Josh and Buster have been friends since they were kids, growing up across the street from each other. Years later, after both spending much of their careers in construction and service-related work, they teamed up to start Thumbs Up Waste with a simple goal: take care of people the way they’d want to be taken care of.
The truth is, we’re not some big corporate company. We live here. Our families live here. We shop in the same stores, eat at the same restaurants, and cheer on the same local teams.
